Mary Stetson, Vermont – 2004
Mary is affiliated with the Vermont Principal’s Association, the Vermont Athletic Director’s Association, the Vermont Field Hockey Coaches Association (president 1994-present), and the National Field Hockey Coaches Association.
Mary has served as chair of the Vermont Principal’s Association, Field Hockey Committee (1995 – present).
Her field hockey teams have amassed a record o 120-46-27 from 1992 to the present. They were Field Hockey State Champions in Division II in 2000, 2002, 2003, and runners-up in 1996 and 1999.
Mary has been recognized as the Vermont Small School Athletic Director of the Year in 1995, 1996, 2000, 2002, and 2003 and the Vermont Division II coach of the Year in Field Hockey. She was the recipient of the 2001 Distinguished Service Award in Field Hockey.
She is currently co-athletic director at Mount Abraham Union High School in Vermont
