Paula Libercent, New Hampshire – 2012

Paula Libercent has been the backbone of field hockey and lacrosse officiating in New Hampshire for 40 years. She has been the supervisor of officials in both sports for 25 years through the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association.

Also during this time she has served as president and assigner, while teaching, rating, and mentoring officials.

Paula is a member of the Massachusetts College Field Hockey Umpires’ Association and the New England Women’s College Lacrosse Umpires’ Association. She is a member of US Field Hockey and US Lacrosse Associations.

Paula was named to the Manchester (NH) Union Leader “Parade of Champions” for decades of service to New Hampshire girls’ sports.
